Features:
- deep cooking pan for multiple people
- diameter: 24 cm
- weight: 1.76 kg
- material: steel (2.5 mm thick), 100% natural material that is eco-friendly and recyclable
- Steel pan ideal for cooking, braising, and frying; the steel allows juices to caramelize on the surface while keeping the inside tender. Ideal for meat, fish with skin, potatoes, fluffy omelets, and more
- Upon purchase, the surface is treated with beeswax for temporary protection against oxidation
- The gradual development of a patina on the pan provides natural non-stick properties; however, this is NOT a pan with a non-stick coating!!!
- The thick body is resistant to warping
- Any kitchen utensil (metal, plastic, wood) can be used with this cast-iron skillet
- The pan must be seasoned before first use
- Compatible with all heat sources, including induction
- Oven-safe; use as a baking dish (without the stainless steel handle or LOQY handles made of beech wood or stainless steel)
- Takes up little space: LOQY stackable cookware
- 2 firmly riveted stainless steel bases (clips) for attaching handles or ears
- Made in France
- We recommend purchasing the removable stainless steel handle 3660.00 for this pan; it offers better ergonomics and easier handling. Alternatively, you can add a pair of wooden handles 3660.02 or 3660.03 made of stainless steel

BEFORE FIRST USE, CAREFULLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SEASON THE CAST-IRON SKILLET AND HOW TO CARE FOR IT… CLAIMS RESULTING FROM IMPROPER USE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
- The pans are made of raw cast iron, which, due to the handmade production process, may have aesthetic imperfections on the surface. However, these do not affect the pan’s functionality. On the contrary, thanks to its natural properties, the pan has better non-stick performance. This is NOT a pan with a non-stick coating!!!

5 Care Tips to Maintain the Warranty:

1. Unpack the skillet from its original packaging and wash it with a sponge under hot running water. Remove all beeswax from the entire skillet to prevent the stovetop from getting dirty, then dry the skillet
2. Turn the burner to medium heat and place the pan on it. Pour about 1–2 mm of oil into the pan and let it heat up until the oil begins to smoke—this means the seasoning is complete (while seasoning, rotate the pan so the oil reaches the inner sides; the pan will begin to darken in places)
3. Let the pan cool, then wipe off the remaining oil with a napkin or cloth; do not wash it, so that the protective film remains and rust is prevented. The pan is now ready for use or storage. When using the pan, do not set the heat to maximum, as this could cause the bottom to warp.
4. Store in a dry place. Be sure to keep the entire surface of the pan oiled at all times (the pan has not been chemically treated and could start to rust).
5. Use dish soap only rarely; hot water and a sponge are usually sufficient for cleaning. NEVER put the pan in the dishwasher!!! After each wash, dry the pan immediately and oil it.
It is natural for the pan to gradually darken; this ensures better non-stick properties. Any rust that may form can be removed with the rough side of a sponge and then oiled; it is not grounds for a warranty claim.
