Based in Bedford, Price's Candles maintains its British heritage, managing all product development, sales, and distribution. Price's Candles has been producing long-lasting candles since the company was founded in 1830. While the world of candles has changed considerably since then, their promise to produce high-quality, beautifully scented candles remains the same as it ever was.
In 1850, Price's Candles was awarded a Royal Warrant as candle makers to Her Majesty the Queen and began supplying candles for all royal occasions.
In 1991, production was moved to a state-of-the-art factory in Turin, Italy. Complete with two laboratories and advanced technologies, it allows Price's Candles to continue developing and manufacturing the highest quality and most innovative candles. Through experimentation, Price's Candles was able to create different types of purer, higher-quality paraffin wax, which is still used in the company's candle production today. This paraffin wax has a high melting point, which makes it the best wax for candle production from a technical standpoint.
