Remoska pan

The Remoska® R243 universal pan is made by pressing aluminum with a sandwich bottom that is 5 mm thick and can be used on all heat sources, including induction cookers.

The surface has a granite look and is from the American company Whitford Coating. It is a three-layer internally reinforced ECLIPSE system, the first two layers of which are reinforced with TiO2 particles - titanium oxides for better resistance to mechanical damage. At the same time, it has excellent non-stick properties and you can cook on it without using fat.

Thanks to special insulation with a thermal bridge, the plastic handle never gets hot. Its heat resistance is 180°C, so it cannot be used in an oven at higher temperatures.
