BEFORE FIRST USE, CAREFULLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SEAR THE IRON PAN AND HOW TO CARE FOR IT... COMPLAINTS CAUSED BY IMPROPER USE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED!
- The pans are made of raw iron, which, due to the fact that they are handmade, may have aesthetic imperfections on the surface of the product. However, these do not affect the functionality of the pan. On the contrary, thanks to its natural properties, the pan has better non-stick properties. This is not a pan with a non-stick surface!!!

5 care points to maintain the warranty:
1. Unpack the pan from its original packaging and wash it with a sponge under hot running water, removing the beeswax from the entire pan so that the hob does not get dirty, then dry the pan.
2. Turn the hob on to medium heat and place the pan on it. Pour about 1-2 mm of oil into the pan and let it heat up until the oil starts to smoke = the seasoning is complete (rotate the pan during seasoning so that the oil also reaches the inner sides, the pan will start to darken in places).
3. Allow the pan to cool and wipe off the remaining oil with a napkin or cloth. Do not wash it so that the protective film remains and rust is prevented. The pan is now ready for use or storage. When using the pan, do not use the maximum heat setting, as this could cause the bottom to warp.
4. Store in a dry place. Remember to always keep the entire surface of the pan oiled (the pan is not chemically treated and could start to rust).
5. Use detergents only in exceptional cases; hot water and a sponge are usually sufficient for washing. NEVER put the pan in the dishwasher!!! After each wash, the pan must be dried and oiled immediately.
The gradual darkening of the pan is natural and ensures better non-stick properties. Any rust that may form can be removed with the rough side of a sponge and then oiled; it is not a reason to complain about the pan.
